A playful blend that brings together two coffees in perfect balance. We've paired a vibrant watermelon co-ferment from Colombia with the floral elegance of our Ethiopia Chelchele, creating a cup that's both wildly expressive and beautifully refined.
The Colombian component undergoes a 48-hour anaerobic fermentation with fresh watermelon contributing juicy sweetness, ripe melon notes, and a refreshing candy-like character. The washed Ethiopian coffee adds layers of jasmine florals, citrus brightness, and delicate stone fruit complexity, keeping the cup clean and balanced.
The result is a coffee that's bursting with watermelon candy, honeydew melon, peach, and floral citrus notes, finishing sweet, juicy, and remarkably clean.
