Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

  • We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@coffeeincommon.com.au
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee the cancellation as the order may already be processed and shipped.

Subscription Cancellation:

  • If you have a subscription for regular coffee deliveries, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that shipment.
  • To cancel your subscription, please log into your account on our website and follow the cancellation instructions or contact us at hello@coffeeincommon.com.au

Refunds for Cancellations:

  • If your cancellation is successful and eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy for information on how to return the product.

Modifications to Orders:

  • If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., change the shipping address, adjust quantities), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is processed.
