Return Policy
Returns:
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your coffee, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at hello@coffeeincommon.com.au
Non-returnable Items:
- Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee bags or any products that have been used.
Return Shipping:
- Free return shipping if goods have been damaged by us. We do our best to package all our coffees carefully but we can not be responsible for damages due to courier handling.
