Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
- Shipping times typically range from 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping:
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we expand our shipping options in the future!
Local Pickup:
- Local pickup is available at our cafe during regular business hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
