Finca Agua Sarca is a 67-hectare farm in northern Nicaragua, owned by Isacio Javier Albir and his family for over 30 years. After conflict in the 1980s, the farm was restored in 1994, with forest and fruit trees replanted to support long-term sustainability.

Environmental care is central to the farm, with nearly 11 hectares protected for native forest and biodiversity. Located near the Honduras border, it sits alongside a forest conservation area. The farm supports local low-income communities, employing over 180 people during harvest and around 25 year-round.

Finca Agua Sarca aims to be a benchmark for quality coffee in northern Nicaragua. Only ripe cherries are hand-picked for washed processing, then floated with recycled water, dry-pulped, rested for 36 hours, washed, and sent to Cafetos de Segovia. The farm also produces Honey, Natural, Natural Anaerobic, semi-washed, and extended-fermentation coffees.
